My train ride from Jurong East to Dover took 20 minutes today. I didn't know if heavy rain affects the traffic of MRTs but seriously, this is one classic world class example of the efficiency of our supposedly world class MRT. I was supposed to be early for my class but i ended up late. However, in the end the quiz we were supposed to have was cancelled due to this weird MRT jam. AH HAR! A blessing in disguise.
everytime a heavy downpour occurs, this part of SP will be flooded. So now not only Orchard Road and Bukit Timah are badly hit by floods, SP also have a drain that cannot handle the "act of god"
So much so for that, a flurry of activities will be coming up for me this few days!
